Procedure for Determining Awards for Certain Schedule Losses of Use

These Medical Treatment Guidelines will be effective for care provided on or after January 1, 2021 for: Elbow, Foot/Ankle & Hip/Groin Injuries as well as Interstitial Lung Disease
